- Contact form: full name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional), monthly marketing budget range, and any message you submit.
- Tools early-access signup: your email address only.
- Free calculators (LTV:CAC, ROI, Funnel Audit Scorecard): the figures you enter stay in your browser and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
- Automatically collected data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) generated by our hosting and caching infrastructure for security and performance purposes.
How we use it
- To respond to inquiries submitted through the Contact form and schedule consultations.
- To notify you when a tool you signed up for becomes available.
- To maintain and secure the site.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising tracking pixels on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
Sharing
We share form submissions only with the service providers that operate this site (our hosting provider and our form-processing plugin, WPForms) strictly to deliver the functionality above. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

This site uses functional cookies only — for page caching (performance) and form security (spam prevention). No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are currently in use.
Data retention
We retain contact form submissions and early-access signups for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry or fulfill the notification, or until you ask us to delete them.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@beyondscalemedia.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe. If you are located in the Philippines, you have rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012. If you are located in the EU/UK or elsewhere with applicable data protection law, we will honor requests consistent with those laws to the extent they apply to us.
